Community Resources

Positive note-

Have you seen “May flowers” in bloom?

Trilliums are perennial flowers that can live up to 25 years!

They typically require seven to ten years in optimal conditions to reach flowering size, but if you pick this fragile flower, it will not grow back.

We can tell spring has sprung by their presence- enjoy their beauty (but don’t pick them)!

View these beauties at the Powers Bluff Recreation Area or take a scenic bicycle ride over Carey Bluff.
